March 2023, we are the very first gym in upstate NY to become an affiliate gym with H Y R O X world series athletic racing! This alone sets us apart from other gyms as it truly builds an amazing comradery both training for and battling through one of these races together and gives our members a goal more than just focusing on physique and health, this is about performance and also FUN! How do I book a class?
Please go to MindBody and look up Renegade Fitness Training in Syracuse NY (or click link below to get there) and once you find us, local residents can book a FREE WEEK TRIAL! If you are visiting/from out of town you can purchase a drop in or 8 class pack (expiration date 4 months from purchase on 8 class pack). Monday through Friday: 50 min-1hr
Saturdays: 1hr min - 1hr 15 min
We always cycle through training blocks
with a LOD (Lift of the day) as our
main emphasis M-Thur
Mondays & Wednesdays
You can expect more of an upper body focus of strength training
Tuesdays & Thursdays
You can expect more of a lower body focus of strength training
Fridays
You can expect a full body circuit workout with a higher emphasis on HIIT
Saturdays
you can expect a full body HYROX workout implementing some of the HYROX Specific movements as well as running incorporated within the workout (weather pending) with our highest emphasis on training endurance. This is not to be misconceived that these Saturday classes are the ONLY ones that would train you for HYROX, as our programming as a whole here will get you ready for a HYROX race or to just live your healthiest well rounded hybrid fitness life! If you are a beginner to advanced training or exercise in general, we recommend not starting your first class on a Saturday but if you choose to, we encourage you do please do at your own pace!
